Melancholy
I picked up the recent issue of Snap Cambridge and leafing through, came upon the Arts Alley section…I was all thrilled to see that it was featuring ME! I LOVED teaching at the Center for the Arts, the section’s sponsor.
I of course read through it…it had been some time since I had answered a variety of questions for the article…and when I came upon my answer for “which living person do you most admire” at the time I wrote ” my Mother, ( she is a goddess of creativity, resoursefulness, strength and love)….and I am melancholy because she passed away just 37 days ago.

I am so sorry that your mother passed away.
I can see from the picture what a beautiful lady she was.
I get the vibe there is an interesting story within this picture. Is that a wreath in her hair? I think she is wearing pearls. It is a beautiful rural setting. She seems so relaxed and happy in this picture.
